Abstract
Headache and lower back pain are common complaints of patients with vertebral column disorders in pain clinics. Spinal cord pathology including infiltration of cancer is also possible in the differential diagnosis. Here we report the case of a 39-year-old female patient who had experienced sustained headache and lower back pain for three weeks. Gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the whole spine showed leptomeningeal enhancement along the cerebellum and spinal cord.
